You can turn off this permission in your device settings at any time.

   2. Collection Content: The current precise location (latitude and longitude) of your device, which is only used to display your location on the adventure map, match nearby players who are also exploring, and complete regional exploration tasks. We will desensitize your location data to avoid disclosing your specific personal address.

   3. Collection Objects: Users who actively use the Game's location-related adventure functions and agree to enable this permission.

2. Camera Permission

   1. Collection Method: When you use the Game's "in-game prop scanning", "custom avatar creation" and "adventure scene screenshot sharing" functions, we will apply for the camera permission in a prominent manner. We will only obtain the images you take or scan through the camera after you click "Allow", and will not turn on the camera in the background without your permission. According to U.S. privacy laws, the images and photos you take will not be treated as biometric data unless they are used for specific personal identification purposes.

   2. Collection Content: The images you scan (for in-game prop recognition), the photos you take (for custom avatars), and the screenshots you actively share (for adventure scene sharing). We will not collect any images unrelated to the Game's functions.

   3. Collection Objects: Users who actively use the Game's camera-related functions and agree to enable this permission.

3. Device Identifier Permission (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, etc.)

   1. Collection Method: After you install and launch the Game, we will automatically apply for the device identifier permission, and clearly inform you that this permission is used for device binding, account security verification, anti-cheating (preventing plug-ins that damage the adventure game experience), and statistical analysis of game operation data. No manual operation is required from you, but if you refuse to grant this permission, it may affect your account login, game progress synchronization and anti-cheating protection.

   2. Collection Content: Your device's unique identifier, device model, operating system version, and device hardware information, which are only used to ensure the security and stability of the Game and optimize the gaming experience.

   3. Collection Objects: All users who install and launch the Game.

4. Microphone Permission

   1. Collection Method: When you use the Game's "adventure team voice communication", "in-game voice interaction with NPCs" and "voice command control" functions, we will explicitly apply for the microphone permission. We will only collect your voice data through the microphone after you click "Allow", and will stop collecting immediately after you close the voice function. We only temporarily cache voice data for real-time transmission and will not record or store complete voice files, in line with the protection requirements of U.S. privacy laws for sensory data.

   2. Collection Content: The voice data generated by you during in-game voice communication or voice command input, which is only used to realize real-time interaction and voice control functions in the Game.

   3. Collection Objects: Users who actively use the Game's voice-related functions and agree to enable this permission.

(II) Details of Ordinary Permissions and Information Collection

Ordinary permissions refer to permissions that do not involve core privacy and are only used to ensure the normal operation of the Game, optimize the adventure gaming experience, and comply with U.S. privacy laws. We will clearly inform you of the collection purpose, and you can choose to grant or refuse (refusal may affect the use of non-core functions).

1. Storage Permission

   1. Collection Method: After you install the Game, we will apply for the storage permission, which is used to store game installation packages, update files, your game progress archives, custom avatars, in-game screenshots, and cached data (such as map resources, plot videos). No separate consent is required from you, but if you refuse to grant this permission, the Game may fail to install, update, or save your game progress and related data. We will not access or collect other personal files in your device's storage, in line with the protection requirements of U.S. privacy laws for user storage data.

   2. Collection Content: Game-related installation files, cached resources, game progress archives, custom avatars, and screenshots you actively save.

   3. Collection Objects: All users who install the Game.

2. Network Permission

   1. Collection Method: After you launch the Game, the network permission will be obtained automatically, which is used for game networking, data synchronization (such as game progress cloud storage), adventure map update, in-game event push, and online interaction with other players. No manual operation is required from you, and the Game cannot be used normally without network permission.

   2. Collection Content: Network connection status, network type (WiFi/mobile network), and network signal strength, which are used to optimize the network connection experience and avoid game lag or disconnection during adventure exploration.

   3. Collection Objects: All users who use the Game.

3. Notification Permission

   1. Collection Method: After you launch the Game, we will apply for the notification permission, which is used to push game updates, adventure task reminders, in-game event notifications, and game progress reminders to you. You can choose "Allow" or "Deny". If you deny it, you will not be able to receive relevant notifications, but it will not affect the core adventure gameplay of the Game.

   2. Collection Content: No additional personal information is collected; notifications are only pushed through this permission to help you keep abreast of the Game's dynamics and adventure progress.

   3. Collection Objects: Users who choose to allow the notification permission.

4. Calendar Permission (Optional)

   1. Collection Method: When you use the Game's "adventure event calendar reminder" function (to remind you of in-game limited-time adventure activities), we will apply for the calendar permission. You can choose to grant or refuse this permission; refusing it will only affect the use of this reminder function, not other core functions.

   2. Collection Content: Only the time information of in-game events that you choose to add to the calendar will be synchronized, and we will not access or collect other calendar content in your device.

   3. Collection Objects: Users who actively use the calendar reminder function and agree to enable this permission.

(III) Instructions on Information Sharing and Sale

1. Information Sharing: We strictly comply with the requirements of U.S. privacy laws and will never share your personal information, collected permission-related data, or game-related data with any third party, except in the following circumstances: ① Required by U.S. federal or state laws, regulations, administrative organs, or judicial organs (we will only provide the minimum necessary information required by law); ② In case of emergency, to protect your personal and property safety, or to maintain the normal operation of the Game and the legitimate rights and interests of other users, we will share the necessary desensitized information with your explicit consent (only for solving emergency problems). We will take strict security protection measures to ensure the security of server data, prevent data leakage, tampering, loss, or illegal access, and ensure that data storage behaviors comply with the relevant provisions of U.S. state privacy laws on data localization and security storage.

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and strictly abide by U.S. privacy laws and industry security standards. We have formulated a complete set of information security protection systems and taken comprehensive technical and management measures to protect the security of your personal information and game data, and prevent various security risks, including but not limited to the following:

For game virtual currency purchase records, we will retain them for no less than 180 days from the date of your last purchase in accordance with relevant regulations.

After you close the function, exit the Game, or clear the game cache, this part of data will be automatically cleared and will not be stored for a long time.

3. Statistical Data (game operation data, function usage data, adventure scene access data, etc.): After desensitization (eliminating all information that can identify you personally), it can be retained for a long time for game optimization, adventure content update, and operation analysis, but it will not involve any personal identifiable information.

(II) Data Deletion Mechanism

1. Active Deletion by Users: You can apply to delete your personal information, game progress, and related data through the account setting interface in the Game or by contacting our customer service. We will verify your identity within 15 working days after receiving your application, and complete the deletion or anonymization of the corresponding data in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations. For the personal information of minors, legal guardians can apply for deletion on their behalf.

2. Automatic Deletion: When the data retention period expires, our system will automatically delete or anonymize the expired data, and there will be no manual retention or recovery of expired data, ensuring that no data is retained beyond the time limit.

3. Mandatory Deletion: If it is required by U.S. laws and regulations, or if you request to cancel your account, we will immediately delete your personal information and related data (except for the data that needs to be retained in accordance with legal provisions), and will not recover, use, or disclose it again.
